I tried watching season 1 and season 2 and GAVE UP! I was lost and it made no sense to me. But, when I found out the 3rd season was filming here in my hometown, I couldn't wait for season 3 to air! WOW, this 3rd season is good and of course I didn't watch the first 2 seasons so I really can't compare it with the other 2 seasons. But so far, I don't feel lost and the story line is easy to follow too. I think the writer/producer (one in the same) understood that the 2nd season was not stellar and made strides to write this 3rd season with more clarity. Also, he graduated from the University of Arkansas and knows northwest Arkansas rather well and so far, his writing has been good. Also gives an insight to how state and local police operated in 1980 and Ali managed to convince him to change the character Hayes from a white officer to a black officer and how detectives of color were treated in the 80's-90's. Well worth watching and I've said many times that the Brits know how to write crime drama, well this crime drams fits right in with any British crime drama.
Just started back watching the black list, as stopped after Elisabeth and tom were shot. Didn't know that she became such a bad ass, the character really changed and i like it she is not the soft timid thing unsure and wanting a married life. I like this version of her more focused determined and a real bad ass you don't want to cross.
I sure wish ABC would do a two hour final show so that we wouldn't be left hanging and wondering how it would all turned out and who is behind it all. At least NBC did a two hour final airing of Timeless and not often do networks do something like this.
@Sheikh5000--the last episode that aired is 11 of season 1. A useful place to find what has aired is the IMDb, which says that season 2 will start in Apr 2019. Also, it does not list an episode 12 for season 1, so there was probably a change in schedule after this site listed the episodes.

Emmerdale Season 50 Episode 8 (s50e08)
Emmerdale is one of the longest running soaps in the world, Since 1972, Itv and Yorshire Telelvision have been bringing you this fantastic drama. The Set & Studio was designed by Phil Redmond. He constructed a new dedicated Emmerdale Production Centre, right next door to the Emmerdale TV Centre. The new studio complex, which was opened by the then Prime Minister John Major in 1997, is trumpeted by YTV as the largest single floor TV production facility in the world. The mill at Farsley - which has its production facilities on three floors - was kept by YTV as an interior set base for Heartbeat and A Touch of Frost. But the final piece of the jigsaw still hadn't been put in place - an exterior set, closed to the public, which would enable unrestricted filming.YTV explored the possibility of building a complete outdoor set on land belonging to the Queen's cousin, George Lascelles, the 7th Earl
